Our Fellowship Hall

Our Fellowship Hall at Polson Park Church in Kingston, Ontario, is a welcoming space for meetings, banquets, receptions, birthday parties, and community gatherings. With room for up to 125 people, the hall offers flexible table and chair arrangements to suit your event.

• Please Note: Sound equipment and microphones are not available for rent. Renters are welcome to bring their own portable sound systems if needed.

Kitchen Access and Rates

We want your event to run smoothly, which is why we offer two clear options for your kitchen needs:

• Basic Kitchen Access (Free with Hall Rental): Included at no additional charge only for storing, prepping, and serving pre-made food. You are welcome to use the countertops, refrigerators, freezers, and sinks.

• Commercial Equipment Use (+$20/hour): If your event requires actual cooking, baking, heating, or appliance cleanup, you must add a separate Kitchen Rental to your request. This applies to any use of the stoves, ovens, flat-top griddle, coffee machines, or commercial dishwasher.
