We know that meeting someone for the first time and returning to church after a long absence can both be scary. We want to make sure that you have a positive first encounter at Polson Park Free Methodist Church.

Our church location is at 5 Miles Avenue, Kingston, ON

WHAT CAN I EXPECT

Near the entrance of the parking lot you will find the the double doors that lead into the church. You will be welcomed by someone from our church. At the top of the stairs and to your left is our meeting place where you will find comfortable chairs and a small table where you can pick up written material, and if you wish to make a dontation to the church there are envelopes available. Dress is informal and comfortable.

You may be seated anywhere you feel comfortable.

When worship begins we are lead in song by one of our worship  teams. There is often 3-4 songs that are displayed on a large screen for you to sing along to or read as the music is played.

Following this, the children are invited to attend our children's ministry and we also have a nursery. All children's ministry leaders have been vetted and have a current CPIC and Vulnerable Sectors check. Announcements are made and then the Pastor shares with us from the scriptures.

We are then led in song and prayer to end the worship and many gather in our Fellowship Hall for coffee, snacks, and conversation.
